Cancellation Policy

With the change in treatment time and complications with Covid-19, in order to keep everyone safe, I would ask that you try and give as much notice to cancellations as possible. Bearing in mind that we have fewer hours to offer appointments now in order to comply with government regulations. There is now a cancellation policy which is FULL payment is still required if appointment is cancelled 24hs or less before we are due to meet. Many thanks.
