New Procedures.

​

Due to COVID-19, we have new procedures in place to enable us to keep ourselves and the clinic safe and hygienic during this time:

​

  • Every booking appointment will come with a health form which must be filled in prior to the appointment.  It takes less than a minute and will inform us of any potential complications.  Should there be a complication we will phone you to discuss and rearrange. 

​

  • All areas will be deep cleaned morning and night and high touch areas will be disinfected after each appointment such as door handles, hand rails, toilet handles/sinks.

​

  • Disposable paper roll will be used on massage couches and couches will be disinfected after each client

​

  • Therapy rooms will be disinfected after each client 

​

  • Clean towels and pillow cases for every client as normal

​

  • Disposable paper table coverings to be used for each client.

​

  • Clients to come with the own water bottle and face mask

​

  • Please leave your bag behind if possible, safely in the boot of your car or just use pockets

​

  • Rooms will be aired in between clients

​

  • Therapist hands sanitised before and after each client

​

  • Disposbale paper towel will be used for hand drying by therapists and clients

​

  • Hands of clients sanitised when entering the treatment room.

​

  • Separate clothing storage box will be provided for each client to lay their clothes in

​

  • Temperature of clients to be taken with a forehead thermometer

​

  • Clients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms before each appointment 

​

  • Therapists will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms before their shift and temperature to be taken with a forehead thermometer

​

  • Cash payments to be placed in an envelope with your name on the front

​
