New Procedures.

Due to COVID-19, we have new procedures in place to enable us to keep ourselves and the clinic safe and hygienic during this time:

Every booking appointment will come with a health form which must be filled in prior to the appointment. It takes less than a minute and will inform us of any potential complications. Should there be a complication we will phone you to discuss and rearrange.

All areas will be deep cleaned morning and night and high touch areas will be disinfected after each appointment such as door handles, hand rails, toilet handles/sinks.

Disposable paper roll will be used on massage couches and couches will be disinfected after each client
​

Therapy rooms will be disinfected after each client
​

Clean towels and pillow cases for every client as normal
​

Disposable paper table coverings to be used for each client.
​

Clients to come with the own water bottle and face mask
​

Please leave your bag behind if possible, safely in the boot of your car or just use pockets
​

Rooms will be aired in between clients
​

Therapist hands sanitised before and after each client
​
-
Disposbale paper towel will be used for hand drying by therapists and clients
​
-
Hands of clients sanitised when entering the treatment room.

Separate clothing storage box will be provided for each client to lay their clothes in
​

Temperature of clients to be taken with a forehead thermometer
​

Clients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms before each appointment
​

Therapists will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms before their shift and temperature to be taken with a forehead thermometer
​

Cash payments to be placed in an envelope with your name on the front
​
